DataCue

Terms of Service

Version 2026-07-17

1. The service

DataCue provides customer relationship management, social account connection, content scheduling, publishing, and analytics tools. Platform features depend on third-party social networks and may change when those networks change their APIs, permissions, or policies.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity in your account and for ensuring that people you invite have appropriate authority.

3. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. The price and billing interval shown at Stripe Checkout control the purchase. Taxes may apply. You can manage or cancel billing through the Stripe customer portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.

4. Connected platforms

You authorize DataCue to act on connected social accounts only within the permissions you grant. You must follow each platform's terms and maintain any permissions, business status, or account configuration required for publishing and analytics.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant DataCue the limited rights needed to store, process, transmit, and publish that content at your direction. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use the content and connected accounts.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use DataCue for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized activity; to distribute malware or spam; to evade platform safeguards; or to interfere with the service or another user's data.

7. Availability and third parties

The service is provided on an as-available basis. DataCue does not control social networks, Stripe, hosting providers, or other third-party services and is not responsible for their outages, policy decisions, account restrictions, or data accuracy.

8. Suspension and termination

DataCue may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to a material violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion from Account & Security.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, DataCue disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. DataCue's aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the fees you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes

DataCue may update these terms as the product or law changes. Material updates will be presented through the service or account email. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
